Helping Our Local Heroes Live A Better Life

The Michigan Paralyzed Veterans of America is making a difference in the lives of veterans, their families and the community by assisting veterans who are suffering from a spinal cord injury or disorders and providing them with the best resources to live a higher quality of life.

The MPVA has served the Michigan community since 1961 and assists veterans who have spinal cord injuries or suffer from a disorder or disease. The MPVA connects veterans with local resources, medical equipment and gives qualified veterans assistance and benefits including monthly compensation and clothing allowances. The organization will be celebrating their years of service on April 7th, 2017 during Paralyzed Veterans Awareness Month. The event takes place at their chapter headquarters from 10:30 AM- 3:30 PM. Light refreshments will be provided.
